We Resist by Glitching Our Asses confronts non-consensual p0rn0graphy as a pervasive form of gendered digital violence.

Using the motif of the glitch as resistance to shame, the project challenges the politics of visibility and the silent violence embedded in online environments. It rejects the binary of victim and perpetrator, refusing to flatten or resolve trauma into clean narratives. 

The work combines self-scans, textile materialisation, moving images and 3D animation as critical visual strategy. inviting viewers into an intimate yet uncomfortable space.

Through speculative storytelling and glitch aesthetics, the work reframes digital sexual violence to confront the smooth interfaces of the apps and platforms that mask sexist narratives as entertainment or ‘sharing’.
